Michel Fallon has been working at the Domaine of Anselme Selosse since June 2000, creating micro-Champagne as the team leader of the Domaine's team, working alongside Anselme Selosse.

Throughout the 2000s, a period during which Selosse gained global fame, Michel Fallon has been the leader of Selosse's cultivation and vinification team, quietly supporting the creation of Selosse's Champagne. Parallel to his work at Selosse, in 2004, Fallon started his own Champagne production with just 300 bottles named "Ozanne." This Champagne was made from grapes grown in a small 0.0324ha plot next to his home and vinified in Selosse's cellar.

Since then, the production of Ozanne has gradually increased, though until now, it has only been sold in Italy. The grapes used for Ozanne are grown in five selected parcels (totaling 0.3812 hectares) located within a 1.5 km radius around Michel Fallon's home in the center of the village of Avize. All the parcels are Grand Cru, spread over five lieu-dits, with one of the parcels adjoining Fallon's home. The average age of the vines in four of the parcels is 60 years, while the remaining parcel contains vines that are 98 years old, considered very ancient.

At the Domaine, only selected grapes are used for the production of Ozanne. Grapes not used for Ozanne are sold to a local cooperative.
