Domaine ICHI
Domaine ICHI is a newly established winery under the Berry Berry Farm & Winery Niki, founded in 2008.

Located in the Yoichi and Niki area of Hokkaido, the winery benefits from favorable climate and soil conditions. In recent years, the region has seen the development of numerous vineyards and wineries.

At Domaine ICHI, they cultivate wine grapes such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer, as well as table grapes like Niagara and Portland, which have long been grown in the region. Additionally, hybrid varieties are organically grown in their own vineyards using JAS organic certification standards and environmentally friendly organic farming methods.

Before relocating to the current winery, the previous facility in 2011 became the first in Japan to achieve organic wine certification. In 2021, the new Domaine ICHI winery also obtained organic winery certification.

The winery is committed to producing wines that bring joy to everyone by using grapes grown with environmentally friendly and human-friendly farming practices, and by embracing as natural a winemaking process as possible.
