Mongaku Valley 2023 "Haku"

A Chardonnay-dominant white blend with a touch of red grapes, "Haku" delivers the complexity of a dry Champagne while maintaining a food-friendly profile.

Tasting Notes: Pale golden hue with a hint of red. Aromas of ripe grapefruit, apricot, pear, butter, and iodine. On the palate, soft textures with delicate bitterness, umami, and minerality, leading to a medium finish. Best served in a larger glass at a slightly warmer temperature, allowing the wine to evolve beautifully over time.
