Les Maillons Rosé de Saignée is an Extra Brut Champagne made from Pinot Noir from a small parcel of Maillons. The fruit (destemmed at 80%) is macerated for 24 to 36 hours in order to obtain this bleeding, then the wine is aged for one year in barrels. It is disgorged after 36 months on slats.
