Maison Lou Dumont Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2023
The crown of the set. Charmes-Chambertin is the largest of Gevrey-Chambertin's nine Grand Crus, known for fragrant, silky Pinot Noir with exceptional aging potential. Koji's version is vinified with selective whole-cluster fermentation and indigenous yeast, aged in oak from the Jupilles forest.
Maison Lou Dumont Corton Grand Cru 2022
Corton is the only red Grand Cru in the entire Côte de Beaune. Generous fruit — kirsch cherry, violet, blueberry — with the structure and earthy complexity that define this singular hillside appellation.
Maison Lou Dumont Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée Nature 2022
A minimal-intervention village Gevrey from 75-year-old vines in the lieu-dit La Platière. Indigenous yeast, extremely low sulfite, no other additions. This is Koji's purest expression of Gevrey-Chambertin terroir — described by collectors as a "unicorn bottle" for its rarity.
Maison Lou Dumont Meursault 1er Cru Les Plures 2023
Les Plures sits on the northern edge of Meursault near Volnay, on red clay and limestone soils. One of the appellation's rarer Premier Cru sites, producing a Chardonnay of unusual richness and structure. Scored 93 points by Sarah Marsh MW.
Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa Aligoté "1908" 2023
Estate-grown from vines planted in 1908, making them over 115 years old. Century-old Aligoté vines are virtually unheard of in Burgundy. Fermented in 100% new oak with indigenous yeast, yet the oak is barely perceptible — a testament to the concentration these ancient vines deliver. Approximately 600 bottles produced.
Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa Bourgogne Vieilles Vignes Pinot Noir 2023
Estate Pinot Noir from vines over 60 years old, some dating to 1908, in Prémeaux-Prissey near Nuits-Saint-Georges. Vinified with approximately 80% whole bunches. Consistently scored 93+ by Greg Sherwood MW, who called the domaine "one of Burgundy's new superstars." Production is limited and allocation is extremely tight.
Six bottles. Three Grand Cru and Premier Cru, two estate rarities, and one natural-method village gem. This is the most complete expression of Koji Nakada's twenty-five years in Burgundy available in a single set.
