Domaine Yui A3 Pinot Noir 2024 750ml

Domaine Yui is a small independent winery in the Nobori district of Yoichi, Hokkaido — the same celebrated hillside that has made this corner of northern Japan a benchmark for Japanese Pinot Noir. Working with meticulous, low-intervention farming and winemaking, the domaine bottles its wines under spare, parcel-coded labels.

"A3" is the domaine's Pinot Noir cuvée: a pale, fragrant, cool-climate expression of Yoichi fruit — delicate red berries, gentle spice and a fine, fresh finish. Production is very limited and allocations are scarce.
