Yamadado Yoichi Rose Pinot Noir 2023

Yamadado is the small winery of Yuichiro Yamada in the Nobori district of Yoichi, Hokkaido. After studying winemaking in Spain and working at a winery in Yamanashi, he trained under Takahiko Soga until 2020 and took over about 2.3 hectares of vineyards in 2021.

Yoichi Rose Pinot Noir 2023 is made from Pinot Noir grown in Nobori, Yoichi, and is unfiltered, so a little sediment may form. The back label describes it as a gentle wine made to sit easily with everyday meals.
