10R Winery Dry Rose Nokofuku 750ml
The Story of 10R Winery
Bruce Gutlove, the former head winemaker of Coco Farm & Winery in Tochigi, established 10R Winery in 2012 after starting his vineyard in Iwamizawa, Hokkaido, in 2010. The name "10R" (pronounced “To-Aru”) reflects its mission as a custom crush winery, dedicated to transforming Hokkaido-grown grapes into high-quality wines.
By providing a facility for contract winemaking, 10R enables local grape farmers to focus entirely on growing top-notch grapes without the need to invest in their own winery. Each harvest season, farmers visit the winery to produce their very own wines, fostering a community of collaboration and excellence.
