Charles Dufour & Françoise Martinot 'Bistrotage' B.20 Champagne 750ml

Françoise Martinot is the négociant label of Charles Dufour, one of the Côte des Bar's most exciting natural growers, based in Landreville. Working with organically farmed fruit and minimal intervention, his Champagnes are vivid, low-dosage expressions of the Aube.

Bistrotage is Dufour's free-wheeling series named for the bistro tables it belongs on — each edition built around a single base harvest. B.20, from the 2020 vintage, shows the warm, open charm of the year: ripe Pinot Noir fruit carried by fine bubbles and a bright, mineral line.
