Charles Dufour & Françoise Martinot 'Bistrotage' Rosé B.11 Affinage Prolongé Champagne 750ml

Françoise Martinot is the négociant label of Charles Dufour, one of the Côte des Bar's most exciting natural growers, based in Landreville. Working with organically farmed fruit and minimal intervention, his Champagnes are vivid, low-dosage expressions of the Aube.

This Rosé B.11 is the 'Affinage Prolongé' release — the 2011-base rosé given years of extended aging on the lees before disgorgement. Pinot Noir with the color of pale coral, it trades primary fruit for depth: dried red berries, gentle spice and a long, vinous finish that only time can build.
