de Montille & Hokkaido is the Japanese project of Etienne de Montille of the Burgundy house Domaine de Montille, launched in 2016 in Kikyo-cho, Hakodate. While the estate vines matured, the team made a series of wines from Yoichi growers' grapes at 10R Winery, each vintage named with a single kanji: 2018 豪, 2019 驚, 2020 學 (Etude) and 2021 理.
