Tomo Rouge

This wine is made from Zweigelt grapes that were carefully harvested late in the maturity phase from vineyards managed without chemical pesticides or fertilizers. After approximately 30 days of fermentation, the wine was pressed and then aged in old barrels for 12 months. The wine has the aroma of black fruits and herbal nuances, and while it has a certain strength, it is also gentle, elegant, and complex in taste. Sulfites are used only at the time of bottling. Grapes from own vineyard: 100% Zweigelt.
