Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa Bourgogne Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes 2023 750ml

Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa is the estate label of Koji Nakada and Jae Hwa Park, the couple behind Maison Lou Dumont in Gevrey-Chambertin. From a handful of old-vine parcels in the Côte de Nuits they make small quantities of transparent, site-driven Burgundy: whole-cluster where the vintage allows, native yeasts, gentle extraction and light-handed élevage, bottled with minimal sulphur. Production is tiny and most cuvées are allocated.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Vieilles Vignes” 2023 comes from old Pinot Noir vines around Gevrey. 2023 was a generous, sunny vintage that kept its freshness: the wine shows bright red cherry, rose and a touch of earth, with lively acidity and a soft, fine grip. Drink now to 2030, lightly chilled (14–15 °C) with charcuterie, roast poultry or yakitori.
