Élise Dechannes is a boutique grower-producer based in Les Riceys, in the southern Côte des Bar of Champagne. Farming her old family vines organically, she crafts precise, terroir-driven Champagnes in tiny quantities that have quickly won a devoted following.

Absolue Grès is a blanc de noirs from Pinot Noir grown on sandstone (grès) soils. Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens on delicate aromas of red berries, citrus and white flowers, lifted by vivid freshness. Lively acidity and minerality form the core, carrying into a pure, long finish.
