Élise Dechannes is a boutique grower-producer based in Les Riceys, in the southern Côte des Bar of Champagne. Farming her old family vines organically, she crafts precise, terroir-driven Champagnes in tiny quantities that have quickly won a devoted following.

Absolue Terre is a blanc de noirs from Pinot Noir, a cuvée that speaks of the soil it grows in. Pale gold with an ultra-fine bead, it shows red berries and citrus woven with a subtle salinity and earthy nuance. A backbone of minerality and taut acidity gives structure, flowing into a pure, long finish.
