Élise Dechannes is a boutique grower-producer based in Les Riceys, in the southern Côte des Bar of Champagne. Farming her old family vines organically, she crafts precise, terroir-driven Champagnes in tiny quantities that have quickly won a devoted following.

Essentielle is the essence of the house style: Pinot Noir in its purest, most immediate form. Pale yellow with a delicate mousse, it offers citrus zest, red berries and fresh minerality on the nose. Lively acidity keeps the palate bright as red-fruit flavors unfold, closing dry and crystal-clean.
