Domaine Atsushi Suzuki Acchi Blanc 2020
Domaine Atsushi Suzuki is the estate of Atsushi Suzuki in the Nobori district of Yoichi, Hokkaido, founded in 2015 after he trained at Domaine Takahiko. He took over about 5.6 hectares of gently east-facing vineyards at 60–80 metres on andesite-derived gravel, sand and clay. His first cellar was a stone apple store built in the early Showa era. Fermentation is with wild yeast only, with no added sugar or acid.
Acchi Blanc is the domaine's white, based on Kerner grown in Yoichi; the blend changes from vintage to vintage.
