Élise Dechannes is a boutique grower-producer based in Les Riceys, in the southern Côte des Bar of Champagne. Farming her old family vines organically, she crafts precise, terroir-driven Champagnes in tiny quantities that have quickly won a devoted following.

Liberté is a free-spirited expression of Pinot Noir. Pale gold with a fine, delicate bead, it reveals red berries, citrus peel and a whisper of spice. Taut acidity and minerality frame the palate, which stays resolutely dry through a long, saline finish.
