10R Winery Nokofuku Rose – TireMan Series (MV)

10R Winery (pronounced "to-aru") is a custom-crush winery in Kurisawa, Iwamizawa, Hokkaido, working only with Hokkaido grapes: local growers bring their fruit and make their own wines there. It was set up by Bruce Gutlove, who worked with Coco Farm & Winery in Tochigi before moving to Iwamizawa in 2009; 10R was established in 2012 as Japan's first custom-crush winery.

Nokofuku Rose belongs to the TireMan (Taiyaman) Series, part of the KWtN (Kamihoro Wine and Friends) project. It is a multi-vintage rose based on Pinot Noir with some Zweigelt, described by the winery as a one-off, "first and last" surprise wine.
