One of Koji's more experimental offerings — a Chardonnay vinified entirely in clay amphora. The vessel strips away the influence of oak, leaving what is arguably the most transparent expression of fruit and terroir in the entire Lou Dumont white range. A wine that speaks purely of place.

The Côte de Nuits-Villages appellation covers vineyards at the northern and southern extremities of the Côte de Nuits. These are honest, terroir-driven Pinot Noirs that deliver the minerality and structure of the Côte de Nuits at accessible prices. The single red in this white-focused set.
Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa Marsannay Le Désert Blanc 2023
Estate-grown Chardonnay from the Le Désert vineyard in Marsannay. White Marsannay is one of the rarest styles in the Côte de Nuits, and Le Désert is among the most compelling sites for it. Biodynamically farmed and vinified with the same rigour as the domaine's reds.

Estate Pinot Noir from vines over 60 years old, some dating to 1908, in Prémeaux-Prissey near Nuits-Saint-Georges. Vinified with approximately 80% whole bunches. Scored 93+ by Greg Sherwood MW. Production is limited and allocation is extremely tight.
