Domaine Yui T2 Pétillant Blanc Portland 2025 750ml

Domaine Yui is a small independent winery in the Nobori district of Yoichi, Hokkaido, founded in 2019 by Tetsuya and Aya Sugiyama. The name "Yui" (結) means to connect — a philosophy of linking people, land and wine. Farming is organic with no pesticides or fertilisers, and the cellar work is minimal-intervention with wild yeasts and no additives. Production is tiny and allocations are scarce.

This is the domaine's Pétillant Blanc made from Portland — an old-vine Labrusca variety grown in Yoichi for generations, which Domaine Yui turns into an elegant, bone-dry pét-nat with fine bubbles, bright lemony acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with seafood and light dishes.
