Terre de Ciel is a family winery in the Nukaji district of Komoro, Nagano, run by Takeo Ikeda with winemaker Kazuto Kuwabara. The estate vineyard lies at about 930 metres on the cool, high right bank of the Chikuma River Wine Valley, among the highest in Japan; the winery opened in 2020. The estate wines are made from Nukaji-grown grapes, fermented with wild yeast, and as a rule with no added sulphites.
