50/50 blend of Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer. Grapes are picked by hand at the Humbrecht vineyard in Alsace then carried back to Jura where they are whole-bunch fermented for 10 days before being pressed off to rest for nearly a year. The nose has tropical fruits, rose and spice, while the palate balances this with a little tannin and bitterness.
