Renaud and Adeline are those young upstarts in the Jura (similar to Alice from l'Octavin) doing things differently but incredibly. On nose it is definitely Jura. Light on the palette, green tannic structure and a bit of aniseed in the finish. Beautifully light an elegant from the local Ploussard grape variety. Much of their production is sold in two local bars, namely Bistrot des Claquetsand Les Jardins de St-Vincent. In both of these places locals and visiting Jura aficionados seek out this wine for its purity and finesse.
